Thanksgiving Day at Peninsula Grill is traditionally a sold-out affair with a festive atmosphere and fabulous cuisine. Roasted Winter Squash Bisque with Toasted Almond Crumb and Truffle Oil


SECOND COURSE 
Local Bibb Lettuce with Stilton Blue Cheese, Smoked Bacon, Avocado Mousse, Hard Boiled Egg, Tomato, Buttermilk Dressing


THIRD COURSE
Traditional Herb Marinated Heritage Turkey with Roasted Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Young Green Beans, Traditional Rye Stuffing, Gravy, and Cranberry-Orange Conserve

Traditional Pumpkin Tart with Chocolate Sauce, Chantilly, and Bourbon Cranberries
